This is the real deal. This knife can handle anything you put in its path. Highly recommend. Very good value.

I was looking for a new knife for bushcrafting. I have had a similar knife for years. The handle of this knife was similar to my old knife. I decided to give this knife a try because of this. I am glad I did. I like it better than my old knife. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought the Camillus CK9 for my husband a couple weeks ago and he is extremely happy with it. He says that it fits great in his hand, is comfortable, and seems pretty durable. Out of the box the knife came pretty sharp. He showed me a paper cut test and it sliced through the paper easy. I don't know if that is of any indication to quality or not for a survival knife but he was happy. Its nice to know that regardless of what you choose here the quality and American made are the most important factors. Super happy!
The Camillus CK-9 is another example of the attention to detail that Camillus puts into their knives. The tan handle is made from canvas micarta and is durable under any situation. Packed with a nylon sheath and a black survival whistle, the CK-9 survival knife is a must have for any survivalist or bushwhacker.
